A defining moment for Ukraine
We did it!
The first-ever Ukrainian Veterans Pickleball Championship has taken place!
Implemented in partnership with the Ministry of Veterans Affairs of Ukraine
104 participants from 20 regions
Ages 23–67.
Different stories. Different experiences. One shared strength
These were
- wheelchair players
- players with prosthetics
- veterans with invisible injuries
- and those without physical injuries
For 2 days, we trained — even those who had never heard of pickleball before.
For another 2 days — we competed.
People who had never met before left as true friends. This was more than just a tournament.
This is about new meaning. About team. About support. About equality.
