Kyiv Open 2025
The “Future of Ukraine 2050” Charitable Foundation is proud to announce that the Ukrainian Pickleball Federation has hosted the largest pickleball tournament in the history of Ukraine!
We’re thrilled for the Federation and incredibly proud of this milestone — another big step forward in the promotion and growth of pickleball and adaptive pickleball in our country!
15 teams from 6 cities (Kyiv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Zhytomyr, Dnipro, Kamianets-Podilskyi, Makariv, and Kolomyia) competed for the top prizes, showcasing not only skill, but a true passion for learning, growing, and mastering the game of pickleball.
The tournament attracted TV crews, partner organizations, longtime friends, and a lively audience who found out about the event through social media and local websites!
This sport truly is for everyone — regardless of gender, age, or physical ability.
At the tournament we had:
- Men and women players
- The youngest participant – 13 years old, and the oldest – 67!
- Adaptive players – veterans, playing side by side with friends, family, experienced athletes from other racquet sports, and total beginners.
By the end of the event, players and guests became one big pickleball family — a family that’s going to grow fast, because this is just the beginning!
